Earthworker Smart Energy Cooperative Thermal Envelope Assessment is a comprehensive assessment of the energy efficiency draughts and thermal performance of the home. The in-home assessment takes approximately two hours and includes discussion around a customer’s priorities, energy use and comfort requirements. After the assessment, the assessor will send you a written, tailored report advising a range of specific upgrade advice, options and tips to improve your home.
As the Victorian government has just released new minimum standards for rentals, including insulation and draught-proofing, this service can also be used by landlords and renters looking to get informed advice on what upgrades are needed in the home.
Full cost of a Thermal Envelope Assessment is $275 including GST.
